Designed and developed the application end-to-end as a solo Full-Stack Engineer, delivering a production-ready platform using TypeScript, Next.js (App Router), Tailwind CSS, Express-style API routes, MySQL, and Vercel for seamless hosting and CI/CD.

Architected the complete business logic, including an interactive calendar for booking and managing appointments, a real-time public availability viewer, and an action dashboard (confirm/cancel/reschedule), alongside admin panels for staff management and secure authentication.

Took full technical ownership of the project lifecycle, from initial UI/UX design and wireframing to backend architecture and database schema design, delivering the full MVP in 6 months while incorporating iterative client feedback.
